Okay with so much experimenting, this is what I've come up with and it's very frustrating. I changed the bandwidth saver. I originally had it set on 30kbps and that's when I was getting the annoying clicks and cuts etc., but the person on the other end can hear me perfectly fine. However when I use vonagetalk on my laptop, there is NEVER a problem with the quality when I have the bandwidth set at 30kbps.

When I changed to the high setting (90kbps) quality was fantastic. However many times, the person on the other end says I'm breaking up and sometimes can hardly understand a word I'm saying. I get the same results on vonagetalk with my laptop at 90kbps. This, I assume, is due to my internet provider. I'm living in Argentina and my download speed reports around 1000kbps and upload around 120kbps.

With that said it would be ideal to move back to 30kbps, hence the purpose of "bandwidth saver" since I have a little slower connection. However, for some reason the PHONE doesn't seem to like that setting. How come I can use my laptop perfectly fine at 30kbps, while the phone freaks out? Is there any way for this to be fixed?
