Okay this morning I swapped out the SMC modem/router and put in my Motorola SB5101 cable modem from home. Had a 15min phone call with comcast that was fine, thought I had it fixed called my wife and lost outbound audio again :angered:

For what it worth here are the numbers with the surfboard...
