Vonage Ok not to totally go off, let me first say that I have had no problems with Vonage

Ok not to totally go off, let me first say that I have had no problems with Vonage and there service has been fine for me. But...........and this is a big but, I recently (this past weekend) purchased a wireless Vonage setup router to replace my current router that they sent me. I bought the new router at Best Buy. Which was $129 with a $50 rebate. So I figured I would send the old one back to Vonage, collect my $50 rebate for the new one and all is fine. Right? No...........wrong, actually I sent Vonage customer care an email asking about this and after waitng four days for a reply the response I got was basically sorry sir but we will be glad to take the old router back. But you will not get anything out of it and you will not recieve the rebate on the new router you bought. Thanks for doing business with us. With at least five mis-spelled words in their short reply. First off this is totally wrong as I think I should receive my rebate, and secondly since customer service is so slow could they not at least spell check and get all the words right? What is their customer service rep. dept. comprised of? Twelve year olds with no typing or spell check ability? As soon as my ISP starts offering thier service it will be goodbye to Vonage. Sorry about the long post but I had to let you all konw. G

• Rant 1: Rebate should be given to existing customer. The rebate form clearly
• ahhh I know I mis-spell words. Exactly the reason I am not in the Vonage or any other
• "What is their customer service rep. dept. comprised of?" Never end a sentence
• no problem that you bought a wireless device but you should have had it hooked up
• Do you really want to go through Junior High again? :no: :lol:
• Aside from the rediculous and obviously sentence structure issues you had...
• Off topic, but that is a *beautiful* tang in your avatar - what kind is it ?
