Vonage Ok, I'm a new Vonage customer and have a question that I'm hoping many veterans

Ok, I'm a new Vonage customer and have a question that I'm hoping many veterans out there can answer for me.

I've setup the RT31P2 sent by Vonage to me successfully and have great Internet access as well as Voip service to a phone hooked up in the "Phone 1" port. This is definitely all great news.

The weird and funky thing is that no matter what I try, I cannot access the Web-based utility for the RT31P2 router on http://192.168.15.1

I've tried every single item suggested in the Troubleshooting section of the user guide with no luck.

I have the RT31P2 receiving it's Internet connection directly from my Cable Modem, and the RT31P2 is feeding my computer via an Ethernet cable coming out of Ethernet Port# 1.

- I am using WinXP SP2
- The IP address for my computer shows up as 192.168.15.100.
- I can ping 192.168.15.1
- I can access the Internet.
- I am not using any kind of Proxy in my Web Browser settings. (I've verified this in both IE 6 and Firefox 1.0)
- I have reset the router numerous times using the reset button on the back with no luck either.

Whenever I attempt to connect to 192.168.15.1 in either browser, the login screen never appears and I get the standard error page about not being able to connect.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
