Ok, Do a reset of the Vonage moto box. Sorry I should have said that before since i asked you to turn off DHCP before. You wouldn't be able to plug the PAP2 into it with it off. If it still does not register when plugged into the modem, there is either a problem with the moto or a setting in your modem/router. To check for the devices connected to the router: look for something like Clients/devices, etc. There should be a list of assigned ips (192.168.x.x) and the Mac address of each, and sometimes a name of the device. You will want to look for the either MAC address of the Moto or PAP. The MAC address can be found on each unit, much like a serial or model number. Mac address will be in this format xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx with both number and letter combos.
