OK, if I understand correctly, the original setup is simply modem to Vonage VT2442 to PC. It used to work, but doesn't now, and you don't know of any changes. You have not changed the settings of the VT2442, and you haven't done a reset on it. This is the setup that we're trying to troubleshoot. You also get no internet service with this setup. Correct so far? If you remove the VT2442 and plug your PC directly into the modem, do you get internet service? If so, run the forum VoIP speed test in that configuration and post the detailed results.
