It looked pretty good.
However when I ran the test to other IP addresses I had some problems.

For the longest time this evening I couldn't get the internet to completely load, but ping plotter still showed that my speeds were good to the default gateway. At the same time my phone quality sucked. Couldn't understand callers at all. Now my internet speeds are back up and the phone is fine. (peak hour issue?)
I went to testyourvoip.com and I had a MOS of 4.12, round trip latency 160 ms, packet discards 1.2%, packet loss 0%,
With the problem coming and going it is hard to catch it at the right time. I called my ISP when it was out, but by the time I got someone to respond it was fine. When I tried to get them in the technical support chat room I couldn't get the site to load. This has been a huge headache.
