Vonage Not sure how to describe what I'm seeing... When I open a forum thread, it loads

Not sure how to describe what I'm seeing... When I open a forum thread, it loads two or three times in succession, clearing to the blank gradient background in between. If I watch the browser address bar the URL doesn't change in between. IE6 on Wndows XP Pro, if that matters. The first time I tried to post this here a couple of minutes ago it flickered a couple of times but never loaded the message text window - just the subject box and the instuctions. I don't know enough about PHP to be able to guess at the cause, but I'd guess there's something fooe in the DB or DB software at the moment.
