Not all the details made it, but the packet discards number is mildly worrying. That's probably most of your problem with the line quality. ~4% of packets being dropped is not particularly bad with one call, but the test calls are done at ~64kbps, and if you ramp up too many lines, you may have problems with that.

On the upside, your loss periods are very low, meaning that you can lose the 4% of packets without significant impact to voice quality. Loss periods indicate how the loss is spread out. If they are long, that means you are losing ALL packets for periods of time, rather than a steady, consistent 4% loss which just lowers voice quality very slightly.

One Vonage line would give you good service, I think. But I need to know more before I can give you a guess on multiple ones...

What kind of router do you have today?
What is your connection, cable or DSL?
What is the advertised speed of your connection?
What did the Vonage-Forum speed test tell you?

5-6 lines will be on the bleeding edge of capacity of most home Cable/DSL connections. Of course, given the cost difference between Vonage and your average land line, you may find it worthwhile to get both Cable AND DSL, and put a couple of lines on each,or have one connection for Vonage and one for everything else. ;)
