Nope, no holes at all in the bottom, just a solid panel and four little rubber bumper/feet in the corners. I'm holding mine right now.
It's small and light enough that you could use an extra strength sticky Velcro strip stuck on the bottom and attach it somewhere with that.
The in and out RJ45 connectors are on opposite ends, and the DC power input plug is right in the middle of one of the two sides. The side with the DC plug has ventilation slots in it and the other side is solid plastic.
The whole thing is curved like a cantilever bridge, so you probably couldn't put a nylon cable tie around the middle of it because there'd be no way to keep it tight with the curvature of the whole unit, plus the DC power plug in the way right in the center where it's the thickest part of the curve.
Sure does work like a charm, though. It sets itself up automatically, and once in a blue moon it might interrupt your web browsing with a polite screen that says something like, "please stand by, we're optimizing your connection for you". And it does. My QoS problems went away almost instantly with this unit.
