No problem. I am a Vonage newbie but I am trying to help out. Was the trouble on Vonage's end? Just curious. Its frustrating when you have the service and it wont work and you cant get anyone to respond. Last weekend it appears that Vonage was down. That is when I singed up for this service.It was like they took my money, gave me dialtone but wouldnt let me make or recieve calls.It even said on another phone that my vonage number didnt exist. I spent an hour on my cell phone till I got a tech who I couldnt understand and who told me that the service will work again in 24 hours and then tried to sell me an International calling plan for 6.99 a month.Imagine how I felt, I was already thinking I was getting ripped off and the rep was trying to get more money out of me even though I had yet to even get the system to work.
