No I am not saying they are accessing her via the internal IP. You cannot access that internal ip from the outside (of the network he/she resides in) even with a static route setup. I was merely pointing out if she was in a scenerio where they have maybe multiple buildings and was actually plugged into their network (connected via fiber). But if she is accessing her info via the web they can only block public ip not the internal. Sorry for the confusion in my post.
