Vonage No Guarantees, but try opening IE and than click on Tools/Internet options. Next

No Guarantees, but try opening IE and than click on Tools/Internet options. Next click on the Advanced Tab and than be sure there is a check in the box next to, "Reuse window for launching shortcuts". Click OK and than close IE. Restart IE and see if your problem is solved.

If that does not solve your problem repeat the above steps until you get to the Advanced tab and then click on Restore Defaults. Next click OK and again restart IE and see if that corrects your problem.

Worst case you wasted 2 minutes. Best case the problem is solved. :)
