Vonage My parents were billed on the 24th december, and have noticed a whole line of premium

My parents were billed on the 24th december, and have noticed a whole line of premium rate 0901 calls all made (some in the same minute) on 17th december....between 11.42-11.54 pm.....both my parents are in their 70's and were sleeping then. Also strange that no other calls were listed that day too!. I have called Vonage CS and they were trying to tell me it was a mobile...clearly they dont understand european numbering schemes, as I promptly replied that all uk mobile numbers being 07. I had to explain to the CSA that 09 numbers are like american 900 numbers. After a while of confusion, they eventually credit the calls back.....quite rightly so. Has anybody experienced this billing error.? :eek:
