Vonage My Vtech IP8100 isn't working at all...no ready light, no dial tone. I was told

My Vtech IP8100 isn't working at all...no ready light, no dial tone. I was told to go to the above IP address to fix it...but I'm unable to connect to that address. I've tried different browsers. I'm connected to the internet otherwise. Any suggestions as to how to make my phone work???
