Move out and buy your own internet connection. Just kidding!! :-D Since you had the problem before you dad added Vonage to the mix I would say your problem is probably your router. Try taking the router out of the mix and plug directly into the cable modem. If you still get dropped every 15 minutes then you know the problem is Comcast or your cable modem so you should call for service. If you don't get dropped, plug the router back in with nothing but one device. Get dropped? Remove and add another device. Get dropped? If you get dropped with both, it's the router. Check your configs or replace it. Comcast should give you enough bandwidth for a couple PCs, the brain numbing PS3 and Vonage. BUT, fair warning... Gaming takes more bandwidth than anything else, so YOU may be the reason the connection is not stable and you may not want to push the issue with Dad!!
