Moto, I got the MTA about a month and a half ago and have had some minor issues with the service, but I would say that so far the positives outweigh the negatives. About a month ago, we were having frequent disconnects, then lost the caller-id service but Vonage was able to provide firmware upgrades that took care of these issues. However, now I am having some other issues that hopefully you may have some idea why this is happening... Sometimes I cannot dial out - I just get a busy signal. Then If I try approx. a half hour later I am able to dial without issues. This is very intermittent, but I am curious. Could this be due to heavy network traffic at the time of the calls? I am not even online when I make these calls. Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks...
