Maybe this will make Vonage realise they have UK customers and finally get them to make a UK friendly telephone service by ditching all this 441xxxxx nonsense and replacing it with 01xxxxx etc. Implementing 1571 instead of *123 for voicemail. 141 to withhold the number instead of *67. Using an English voicemail voice like freetalk do and finally change the £ to #.

For all they say it's dificult, you can usually change feature codes yourself on an unlocked linksys pap2 for example, and probably could with Vonage units if they actually allowed user access to the "regional settings". It seems it's too much trouble to adapt their system to UK spec, after months and months of various postings nothing's ever changed.

The CLI issue is getting tedious now, there's no reason why they can't get it to work properly, it has before, so why is it all wrong again with these extra 0's in front of the number. Perhaps they should contact BT sine-net to get everything all in order for uk customers...
