Location: Rhode Island Cox Cable 3MB/1MB Surfboard sb3100 modem to Sonicwall tz170 (router) to RT31P2 adapter and RTP300 adapter I have had Vonage in my new office since last April. I have 2 VOIP modems (different models) with one line and one fax in one modem and one line in the other. Both modems are plugged into my router. Over the past 5 weeks (and nothing has changed on my end, that I know of),the voice quality has deteriorated. People who I call, or call me, can not hear me. Most times it will be a minute or two into the conversation. I have cordless phones but have tried the base phone which is connected to the two routers. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to consider changing back to land lines. Nothing is happening when i run the VoIP Test from my workstation but I've run it before and results were fine. Your responses are appreciated.
