Kumakuma - the port forwarding is in place and those ports are already allowed. I tried putting the LinksysPAP in the DMZ previously and it made no difference DentalRep - My guess is that your test PC that you used for the VOIP test is wired to the DLink - Can you confirm? Steve48 - I wired my test PC directly to the Dlink and immediately got 0% Server > Me packet loss. An obvious improvement but still I'm not convinced that this is a correct result since a true consistent 100% loss would surely result in NO service at all for Vonage? Interestingly, when wired to the Dlink (which then puts me at 1Gbps) the service was quality of service varied from between 67% and 96%, but when I switched back to wireless right next to the router I still only hit 50% quality on the single attempt I tried it. So wired is definitely an improvement but that could be a speed-related issue rather than anything else...I'm not sure how the test tool quantifies 'quality'. My wireless is running at 54Mbps. I hope to test the Linksys directly wired to the DLink later this week since I am pretty much out of options, but its a real pain to do it with my setup and shouldn't be necessary at all...again, I had the Linksys hanging off the wireless bridge for over 1 year and it worked fine until the router was 'upgraded'. Any other ideas welcome, but I'll let you know what the direct attach does once I've driven myself mad. Thanks, Brit
