Just talked to tech support last night. Since this is a replacement model for the V-tech one I returned, they told me it would take a few hours to activate the router.
Talked to them again today, they said the person lied to me last night and it wouldn't take a few hours, but rather a few days for the router to be activated.
I told them that I want it activated before my 30 days is up, because I don't know if this is the problem of why it's not working.
They assured me that once they activate the router it will work.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
