Vonage Just received the Vonage email about the increased Emergency 911 and Information
Just received the Vonage email about the increased Emergency 911 and Information Services Fee and the Regulatory, Compliance and Intellectual Property Fee .
The email says each monthly fee will go from $1.49 to $1.99 - a total of $1.00 extra per month. The email also says Vonage is
However, I haven't used 411 for years, so this adds no value for me. Instead of forcing all customers to pay this fee, I would like Vonage to please let me and other customers choose whether or not we want Enhanced 411.
I for one would opt out. Instead of paying for 411, I've used Google's 411 service (800-466-4411), toll-free 411 (800-555-1212), and anywho.com for finding the numbers I need. They're all free. The new Vonage service charges $0.50/month for something I do not need and do not want.
What do you think? Please vote in the poll. Let's see if Vonage listens to its customers and changes this new policy. Thanks!
