I too got the message from the website that I was alloted 0 shares. (If you read the updated story by Jon, I am that Dave) I can forgive a website glitch, but I do not understand why with all the subsequent emails that were sent, Vonage did not make sure we checked the website. It would have been trival for them to see if I had checked after a certain time and sent me a customized mail. While I am certain of my moral case, I am less certain of the legal one. Regardless of their sloppiness, I fulfiled my obligation to UBS , paid up, and sold my shares.

Let me also say that this "current" customer does demand an apology for the errors. Let me also say this is a limited time offer.
While it may hurt the bottom line to spiff me service for a year (or 2 or dare I suggest a decade to make me whole), it will hurt a lot more if I take my money and give it to Speakeasy, Comcast, qwest, ....

To be honest, I do think they will try to make this right. No one wanted this. That being said their crisis management PR is sub par.

I await my email from Vonage. I know they have it.
