Vonage Just got my push at about 0900 CDT this morning. I can't believe they're still forcing

Just got my push at about 0900 CDT this morning. I can't believe they're still forcing out that botched up 5.04.01 FW. Spent 3 hours w/ level 1. then I found this forum and called back and immediately went to level 2. I have the exact symptoms described above. Infinite repeat of router boot sequence at about 20 second intervals. Won't take a hard reset. Can't connect to it long enough to re-flash. Only thing they said that was new was if I could get to the Admin portion if the router browser, then to the defaults page, then click the two reset to factory boxes, and save before it restarted it would go back to the old firmware. (I'll tell you now, that is the worst video game EVAR...!) They are sending me a new Motorola unit and I have to send back the old one. They better include postage for the old one or I'll be working my way up to level three.
