Sad There is something terribly wrong somewhere. What kind of PC did you run this test from? I actually had an ancient laptop on my network up until recently and running the test from it gave pretty bad results.

I have posted my results below as a reference point.

Your round trip latency (2.514 seconds) is a killer. The packet loss/discards in both directions is also very bad, especially outgoing. It looks like your outgoing traffic is bursty which is consistent with the large latency. In this test you dropped snippets of outgoing speech that averaged 160ms and one was as long as 440ms.

I would really crawl all over my local network/machines/traffic and make sure there is nothing freaky going on - spyware, virus, etc. If that is not it then you need to contact your ISP and get them to fix this or at least help identify the problem.
