Its hard to tell. I think most of the negative feedback is due to ISP issues so you really never can be certain if complaints are ISP or Voip caused. I went with Vonage figuring being a major player they couldn't afford to get a bad name so they would stay on top of thier stuff. They all seem to have close to the same features but a lot don't have multiple codecs and only 2 voips I know have g.726-32 which I think is best if your upload speed isn't that great. Broadbandreports forums get the most messages and deal with all the companies. I sort of like Broadvoice because they have a cheap 21 country unlimited plan plus they allow you to "bring your own device" This can be good to have if you want to mess with a Voip gateway like the SPA-3000. But I haven't messed with them personally.
