It sounds like you have the V-Portal in front of your wireless router which may be preventing your wireless devices access to the internet. If that's the case and you would rather have the V-Portal behind your wireless router, you will have to change your current configuration. If you decide to make this change, before changing your current configuration, I would log in to your V-Portal's address at 192.168.15.1 and disable "DHCP" server and enable Remote Config Mangement. Disabling DHCP server on the V-Portal will allow your wireless router to hand out IP addresses without conflicting with the V-Portal. Enabling Remote Config Management will allow you to access the V-Portal's web interface once your wireless router assigns an IP address to your V-Portal.
