It's really puzzling. My Internet connection is fine, and I get 6mbps download speeds too. But when I don't use my phone, it'll lose it's dialtone after 5-10 minutes of inactivity. However, I will still be able to receive calls, oddly enough. And then my dial tone will come back, but then after 5-10 minutes of not using my phone, i will lose dial tone again. Has anybody else had this issue?

I've been talking to Vonage tech support over the past 3 weeks trying to rectify this issue. All their technicians tell me the same things, and do the same things. I've also spoken to tier 2, and no help either. Reset the router, change to the Phone 2 port, blah blah blah. They are finally sending me a replacement linksy rtp300, but i'm not sure it'll help. I'm currently using the 1.00.62 firmware.
