It's possible but not ideal. I would recommend picking up a 5 or 8 port switch to give yourself more lan ports. They are cheap. That way, you can use your router from your isp as the only router and use your Vonage device as a phone adapter only. Or if you are worried about QOS, you could use the Vonage router and forget the router of your isp. Unless, of course, that router is also your modem.
