It should be better to move it back to Canada or US forum. Doing so, Brigitte can get an answer in English and translate it for her friend to understand. Tu pourrais même, Brigitte, soumettre le problème au forum standard (=US) de Vonage. Tu aurais des réponses à transmettre à ton copain. Par ailleurs j'ai bien hâte moi aussi que Vonage offre le service de soutien technique en français. Puisqu'ils nous vendent le service en français depuis le site vonage.ca
