In the mean time you could try internet connection sharing(ICS). I have used it in the past for some things with mixed results. Assuming you are using Windows XP you would go into the control panel , right click on your modem connection and choose properties. The last tab should be advanced(if I remember correctly, it has been a while) and you just need to check the share this connection box. This should theoretically allow you to do what you want in sharing the USB connection through your computers ethernet port out to the Vonage. You would then plug the WAN port on the Vonage router into the ethernet port on your computer. Assuming everything worked as it should, you should have a dialtone. I don't recommend this as a long-term solution as the USB connection is going to be inhibiting your bandwidth(not as fast as ethernet) as well as the need to keep your computer on as long as you want a dialtone. Also, Vonage doesn't support this kind of setup so if you use it, you are pretty much relegated to getting help here as Vonage will say they don't support USB connections.
