In response to FWTX I had to laugh. You sound like a techie nerd that's never had any real life outside of computers. Get one, I suggest! Just try and call customer service and see if you get anywhere. Then try and ask for a manager to help you out. You'll be on hold for over an hour and then be disconnected. I appreciate your attempt to help your company name out, but I really don't have time to figure out the "matrix" dude! If Vonage is going to say they are for real, then their product needs to meet the specs.
