In other words, I interpreted the original request as "I want to order my replacement/additional device from the Vonage web site, and not from a retail store." The link to do that used to be under the "move your line" feature under "Add Ons". They used to have the "Move to an existing device" like they do now, and an additional "Buy another device" link.
Yes, they used to have a "buy a new device and have it shipped to you" link, even to add a new device to an existing line. You paid full price for the device, of course, but it seemed pretty convenient for replacing a hosed adapter. ;)
