Vonage In addition to the problem with simulring where your cell phone voicemail may

In addition to the problem with simulring where your cell phone voicemail may pick up before Vonage voicemail if you don't answer, I have come across another limitation.

If you have simulring activated, with your cell phone as one of the simulring numbers, and your cell phone is off, has a dead battery, or simply out of range, all calls to your Vonage number will almost instantly get dumped to your cell phone's voicemail.

I used to have Sprint CompleteSense on my landline. They have a FIND ME feature which in many ways is better than Simulring. Someone calls your landline. You don't answer. You record an announcement like "Sorry I couldn't take your call. To try me on my cell phone, please stay on the line. To leave me a message now, press 1". If the caller presses 1, the caller is placed into my sprint voicemail. If the caller holds, music begins to play and the system dials my cell phone number, while the caller is on hold. The caller's CALLER ID is displayed on my cell phone. I answer. The system asks me if I want to accept the call by pressing 1. If I press 1, I am connected to the caller. If I press 2, the caller goes to my SPRINT voicemail box. If I don't answer my cell (or it's off, dead, out of range), the caller still goes to my sprint voicemail. They never have a chance to go to my cell phone voicemail because the system requires me to accept it by pressing 1.

I think AT&T callvantage has something very similar to this, except that I hear that the caller is presented with a greeting of some kind before the initial attempt to ring the callvantage line. But I am not sure.

Anyway, I would love it if Vonage came up with something similar to FollowMe.
