Ihave a computer hooked up to my vonage adapter, and I have access to the internet through a cable modem. I do not have a router in the mix. I have tried all of the suggestions I have seen as far as powering everything down, waiting 10 minutes then powering everything up again, pushing in the reset button for 30 to 60 seconds, etc. Nothing helps. I cannot get the phone to work. It is very frustrating. Do you need more info to help me? David
