If your wireless router is the WRT54G then you are in luck, because that particular router has some awesome QoS functionality. There is also third-party firmware for that router which really opens it up, and I would highly suggest you take a look at that.

Connect the WRT54G into your DSL line, then plug the Vonage adapter into one LAN port and your Netgear switch into the second port. Plug all of your PCs into the Netgear and then configure the QoS to give SIP Premium Priority and also give the Vonage MAC address Premium Priority. In that configuration your Voip doesn't take any performance hit, and that's a stronger configuration than using the Vonage adapter as your network router...you really can't do much better. With 6/768 from SpeakEasy, you shouldn't have any problems at all with that setup.
