If you've got pre-existing phone wiring in your house already that may have been connected to a "regular" phone company before you signed up for Vonage, you may or may not know that you can simply plug a modular phone cord from the Vonage base into any nearby modular jack, (after making sure that the former incoming land line from the phone company is disconnected where it comes into your house), and voila, you should have Vonage at any wired jack in the house. If you've got a jack anywhere near the Tivo or DSS receiver, just run a modular cable to them and plug them into the jack you already have.

But if you're asking how to make a hardwired connection to your Tivo or sat receiver from a wireless phone, I can't help you with that, can't say that I've ever seen a wireless phone with a hardwired output.
