If you hook something downstream of the Motorola, you are putting that machine in a separate network.

Reset your Linksys to 192.168.1.1 and your Linksys network to 192.168.1.x

Reset your Motorola (if it isn't already) to get IP from your Linksys.

Your problem is that the Motorola is offering NAT services and I don't think there's a way to turn that off. So anything hooked to the Moto will be in a different network from your main network. Hence the 192.168.102.x business on the LAN side of the Moto.

However, from the Linksys router, the Moto will have a different IP address assigned to it by the Linksys. This will probably be 192.168.1.100 if it's the first device powered up, but not necessarily. It'll be in the range of 192.168.1.x anyway.

All of your other PC's, if plugged into the Linksys, will also get addresses in the range 192.168.1.x

Any PC's plugged into the Moto will be assigned an address by the Moto. From what you've described, that will be 192.168.102.x, and they will access the Internet by routing through the Moto, then the Linksys. However, since they are on a different network, they won't be able to "see" any computers attached to the Linksys, though they SHOULD be able to get out to the Internet.

Regardless, I think you want a configuration like this:

Cable/DSL Modem -> Linksys WAN

Linksys LAN1 -> Motorola WAN
Linksys LAN2-4 -> PCs and other network hardware

Motorola LAN -> (empty)

Motorola set to automatically receive address from Linksys.

Hope this helps out. If I haven't been clear, let me know and I'll sketch it out.
