If you have eight phone lines, it may be worthwhile to invest a caller id-only box, like those available from callerid.com, and get software that you can manage all the incoming calls with. I actually have the two-line version of this box (also available in eight-line versions, and daisy-chainable to 96 lines). I use a small program called YAC and wrote a custom script in Girder (www.promixis.com). Girder listens to the caller ID box, and when a call is coming in, it pushes out a little message via YAC to all our PC's (shows up as a small window near the system tray). CallerID.com of course sells custom software that lets you track all your calls.
