If you forward the SIP ports to the new adapter, then the old one will stop working, since it needs access to the same ports. The LIKELY case here is that you have 3 routers and at least 2 of them have the same IP address range (192.168.15.x or 192.168.1.x). If you change them so that they are all different (192.168.1.x, 192.168.2.x, 192.168.15.x, ...) then they should be happier.
