If they sent the information on where to send the thing to begin with none of this would happen.I can blame them as I was never told anything about this.
they said they send me a new modem as this first was defective but if dont send a person instruction on what to do with the old one what are they supoosed to do.
they only reason i didnt just threw the first one out was becuase i had dealt with other companies on defecticve products .if i hadnt know this i would had just thrown the old one out and really been screwed.
It not like they dont have my phone number and could have called and ask if i shipped the old one back.
im not not try to be unresonable i just what them to get there router back and me to get my money back.
Second of all.under any contract you must notify the person of a change in the contract and no where in my oringal contract does it state i will be responisble for shipping charges.
im just lookign for the right contact person to resolve this howl thing but from reading the board for over a hour now it seems there is next to know way to get a manager .
and if someone charges you something you have no knowledge off how does it become your fault
im try to resolve the hole issue with canceling my account and going threw the hole headache.
it not hard to chargeback the charges and be done with it and block them from charging anything to my debit card.but i wasnt try to go that route but if that is the way it must be done than fine but your responds off flaming isnt helping.So if you dont have any constructive way to help bite me.
