If that remark was meant for me about whining and complaining, you need to read all my posts; and then if you still feel that I did not have legitimate reason to complain, then it is plain to see that you have a heart of stone.
If you had "died" three times and had that darn vacuum cleaner hose (that's what it feels like anyway) crammed down in to your lungs for 48 to 72 hours, then you too would be concerned about being able to dial 911 when needed. I am just thankful I tested it or when I really needed an ambulance, I would have problaby died. People whose lungs collaspe can't keep hitting numbers and hoping someone will help. They need 911 and not a service that says, "hang up dial 911". How would that help? It would only get the non emergency number again because I did dial 911. And yes, it is misrepresented in the terms. It says that it will be routed to an emergency service, but mine was routed to a non emergency service.
You are not in my shoes and hopefully you don't have the breathing problems I have and have not flatlined while in your place of residence or you would not have been so keen to make such a rude remark.
Even the Vonage rep that replied to my private message understood my situation and said he would fix it. I don't understand where you think I was complaining. I was just stating a fact, but there is always a bad apple in every bunch of good ones, or so I have been told, so I should have expected a rude reply from at least one person.
Their support by phone is lousy. I am not saying it is their fault. I am just saying some people cannot handle their music while on hold. Heck, I would not mind holding for hours if I could hold in silence. And I don't mean to bash them. I want to keep my service but without 911, I can't. Hopefully the person that promised to call me will and all will be fixed and I will keep it. But please, before you belittle me again, read all of my posts and see the whole picture instead of taking something out of context.
