I would very much appreciate some help in getting dial/out phone service working again. I have had no problems in years. I need to confirm that problems aren't exacerbated by my setup (below):

1. Location Northern New Jersey
2. Optimum Online/cablevision
3. Download 3,256,832 bps
Upload 957,648 bps
QOS 47%
RTT 50 ms
MaxPause 111 ms
4. Webstar SciAtlantic cablemodem DC12100
5. Cisco ATA 186 Vonage adapter
6. Linksys BEFW11S4 V2/V3(wireless disabled) router in front of ATA and PCs all plugged into the rourter switch Ports
Port forward / triggering turned on: 69 & 10000 - 20000 & 5060-5062
7.Outgoing calls drop from 30 to 45 seconds but inbound calls are can last hours.
8. DETAILED results from www.testyourvoip.com::4.41 MOS to Boston and 4.36 MOS from. 95 ms latency.

Worked with Vonage support and was advised ATA's rarely have problems - but no diagnostics on Vonage end solved the problem.. If I don't get any help I will have to leave Vonage - Please help !
