I wonder if for some reason the ringing voltage has dropped from your vonage device so that the PBX is not sensing a ring. Put an electronic phone (one with an electronic ringer) on the Y adapter mentioned and shut off the ringer. Call that line and see if you can answer the phone. If you can then it is probably the ringing voltage. The easiest way is to put on a ring booster to up the ringing voltage. Viking makes probably the best one (http://www.vikingelectronics.com/products/view_product.php?pid=219) or I believe that a off premise extender may do the same thing (http://www.vikingelectronics.com/products/view_product.php?pid=290). I was an agent for Viking but have not purchased from them recently so I do not have the prices. I have also found their technical help to be a good resource as well. The other possiblity is that if you PBX will allow it is to convert it over to ground start trunks and then use a loop to ground start converter on each trunk. Viking Electronics also makes one. You would need to see which way is cheapest for you to buy the equipment. Good luck Dan :lol:
