I've searched around for a solution for the problem below but didn't find what I'm looking for.

I have Vonage account and use the Vonage line in Israel. It's been working for a number of years with relatively good quality. The number is a local NY (646) number so I can call the Vonage line from anywhere in the States from my cell phone for no additional cost.
I'm looking for a small device XYZ that will act as a PBX hooked up to Vonage and Israeli PSTN simutaneuosly. In effect, I want to call Vonage number, dial a code (or no code) and be able to dial local israeli number through the israeli PSTN. I also want to be able to get to the local extension connected to that device XYZ. Ideally, it will work vice versa as well. A person will be able to call through israeli PSTN, get the XYZ device, dial a number and get transferred out to USA number through the Vonage line.
The above can be achieved through almost any office PBX (too expensive) or Asterisk (too complicated). I also found a new device that allows to achieve part of the above functionality through the Skype network (requires computer turned-on) - Actiontec by Vosky.

Any ideas how to achieve this with Vonage?
