I've received my latest bill today and noticed that several land line calls have been charged for. All these charged calls were made on 1st May. I made landline calls before and after in the same billing period and these have not been charged for. My first reaction was I must have exceeded the fair usage policy and was now being charged, but the fact I had calls in the same billing period not charged for means that's probably incorrect. I've claimed the money back. Anyone else had this problem?
