I've never experienced so much as a bad connection and I've never had anyone I'm talking to complain about ANYTHING. My network can have 2 computers connected, 1 Windows XP and 1 Apple while using the Vonage phone with NO PROBLEMS. I can't comment on Vonage customer service because I've never needed to contact them. I don't miss the $45 charge I used to pay to Verizon for BASIC phone service. And was using my wireless phone for much of my communication. Now with Vonage not only am I saving money on my home # PLUS getting all the bells and whistles I'm also saving on my cell phone bill. I'll never go back.
