Vonage I've had four supervisors create ticket numbers for my transfer all to no avail.



I've had four supervisors create ticket numbers for my transfer all to no avail. At this writing, there are a total of 9 tickets associated with my line transfer.

Today, I was put on hold 7 times, transferred again from department to department. Last night, was put on hold three times, disconnected twice. The representative I was speaking with IM'd the supervisor who promised to return the call in 30 minutes. He never did. Today was more of the same.

I have two phone lines. When I enrolled on 2/5, used my first and last name. My credit card has first, middle and last. On one phone line account, it has two names, second line has three names. All the supervisor tickets have been written to say I am one and the same person.

Many emails were sent saying the problem was my address did not match the address with old carrier. This was never the problem and there are numerous tickets explaining so.

Still, no line transfer, no one will return a call. I have paid two months of Vonage Service, two months service to my old carrier, incurred $44 in reconnection fees believing the number was transferred, and have yet to receive one month free from Vonage.

If anyone can share any success they've had getting through to someone who will work to solve your problem, as well as call you back, please let me know how you did so.

In all my years on Planet Earth, have never seen such poor customer service, disregard for problems, inability to work to resolve issues, hanging up on customers, poor training and erroneous information being handed out as I've seen the past seven weeks or more.

I am quite certain I'm not the only one experiencing this contempt from customer service. I would suggest the owners of this privately held company get down in the trenches and see first hand how their employees are handling their responsibilites that are affecting the company's reputation terribly.
