I've had Vonage for three months and have had NOTHING but problems.

Tech support couldn't (speak English) figure out why my wireless network wouldn't work when I hooked up my two Vonage routers. It was a relatively simple fix that I was able to get from this forum. And later I found that there are connection issues with certain cordless phones, again, tech support was not able to identify this. Many other issues, not worth mentioning...

My latest issue is this: We have two voice lines and one fax line. Our oldest child reached the age where we promised him his own room so our office moved into the old nursery, which means the Vonage and dsl modem moved, too. Now our cordless phones don't work in half the house.

I called tech support, told them I had a second dsl modem, and asked if I could use it to hook up the phone lines in the best location for our cordless phones. They said it wouldn't be a problem to use two dsl modems on one dsl line. BIG WRONG! I either have my business and house phones working OR I have my internet and fax line working, but not both.

There is no other place to put my office/vonage modem/dsl modem. I am at a loss for words here. One tech suggested rewiring my house so I could plug a phone into any phone jack in the house. That would be great except for the fact that I have TWO phone lines that I need coverage for, not just one, and as far as I can tell there is no way to rewire a phone jack to accept two Vonage lines without the Vonage modem, which as I mentioned above CANNOT BE MOVED.

Yeah, Vonage is great under normal circumstances, but their tech support is HORRIFYING and their solutions for power users are NONEXISTENT.
