I've had Vonage for about a year & the only problem I've had up until now was getting TIVO to work with it.... never resolved that issue, but that's another issue... this is more important at the moment.

My 9 year old son is a diabetic & I really need to be able to communicate with the School, I'm at my wits end, please don't tell me I've got to switch back to a phone line.

When I make or receive calls no one can hear us talking. I can hear them, but they can't hear me. I called our phone from my kids School & all I could hear was, well... maybe faint, faint static. I've emailed customer service, but they NEVER return my emails because I sent them 4 emails two weeks ago regarding a billing issue & they have yet to return any of those. There is nothing wrong with my phone because we plugged in a different one just in case that was the problem, & still the same problem... I bought that phone today. I don't own a cell phone or anything, so I don't have another alternative for reaching them. And there is one other technical issue I've been having in the last month, I've been unable to access my voicemail. I dial the # & I get a fast busy signal. I try to listen to it from the website & the message is in red with something like technical difficulties, please try again "sigh"
